Funding

Our funding comes from individuals who wish to preserve a wonderful heritage. Like the local community the Ethiopian Authorities and Church have limited resources and while they have restored a number of these precious churches they do not have the ability to conserve them all. From a small base the trustees and their friends have collected a pool of funds to commence work before the rains in late May. However we do need more to preserve the churches treasures including parchment books and crosses and to commence an education programme.
